1. Standard Products

• 30-Day Unused Returns
  Non-customized standard tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
  ✓ Unused & in original packaging
  ✓ Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
  Customer bears return shipping costs

2. Customized Tools (Strictly Non-Returnable)

All made-to-order products (including modified geometries/coatings/sizes) are FINAL SALE due to:
✗ Unique manufacturing specifications
✗ Inability to resell custom items
✚ Solution: Request free pre-shipment photos/videos for approval

3. Quality Defect Resolution

We guarantee replacement/refund for verified manufacturing defects:

• Step 1: Notify us within 7 days of defect discovery with:
  ✓ Detailed defect description + High-resolution photos/videos
  ✓ Batch/Lot number
• Step 2: SDF lab analysis (report provided within 72h)
• Step 3: If defect confirmed:
  ✓ Free expedited replacement (shipped within 24h)
  ✓ Full refund (if no replacement possible)
  ✓ Return shipping covered by SDF

4. Non-Quality Issues

No returns accepted for:

• Tool wear from normal use
• Incorrect operator parameters (speed/feed/coolant)
• Compatibility issues (verify specs pre-order)
• Shipping damage (file claim with carrier)

5. Warranty Claims

Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty for 12 months from delivery.
