For all tools purchased on www.sdftools.com, we offer a “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.” You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the item to return the product. For refunds, we accept unused products. Once the package arrives here, we will issue a full refund (minus a $15 restocking fee per product). Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that, due to the nature of our custom products, we are not legally required to offer refunds. However, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied, so we still provide free returns and exchanges!
